Wheel Colision Center is the inventor of wheel straightening and  refinishing 
equipment that is pretty much the standard in the industry. I have  had them 
starighten and refinsh many factory alloys from modern cars. They are  
expensive but worth the price if you have a valuable wheel. I am not familiar  
with 
thier abilities on real Magnizium, but I would trust them if they say they  can 
do it.
