There is mylar tape, which IS chrome and might
be stretched nicely and done well.

Eastwood sells stuff to spray on tail light
housings etc.  I wonder what that would
look like with clear.

Better yet - since it won't be chrome, make it
interesting and uh - tasty? Otherwise it will
look as if an eleven-year-old did it.

That or shiny white or black. Wave your hands
alot when people start to look at your chrome.
