The late 1967 Sprite and Midget had the 1275 with a down flow radiator. The 
early 67s were 1098 cc. They switched to the cross flow in 68.

Yes, not sure exactly when the switched from down flow to cross flow 
radiators, but I am pretty sure it was the same time that the 1275 became 
stock in 1967.
