Hi. I used Rustoleum epoxy about 5 years ago on my floor. It's holding up nicely, no lifting and easy to clean. My floor had been aged for 13 years before I painted it so it had plenty of tooth. I just washed it with detergent, soaked the oil spots with speedi-dri and laquer thinner let it dry then painted it.
