I seem to remember a fellow lister talking
to a Moss rep last year at a Spridget meet
of some sort, wherein Moss reps were present and solicited comments on Moss
Products, Services, etc. from various LBC
owners, one of whom complained about
phone salesmen who didn't care when
customers had problems with Moss Products they had purchased that didn't
fit or were "wrong" in some other way.
Moss reps. stated at that time they most
certainly DID care and would institute
procedures, etc. to handle such complaints.
Looks like they've done exactly as they said
they said they would. Good for Moss!! :):)
