I know. I have a Bugeye. So, what am I doing talking about a back-up
light for a Spridget? Well, the guy that sold me the Datsun
transmission has a 67 Midget and wanted to have his back-up lights
work. He designed a switch that fits inside the Spridget tunnel with
the Datsun trans and is selling a whole assembly that just plugs into
the Datsun trans and the Spridget wiring harness. It is a bit pricey at
$125 and I have no financial interest in this. Just passing along some
information for the non handy members of our list that don't have the
mechanical/electrical ability to design one of these themselves. If
anyone wants to see it, I can send them a file attachment with his flyer
I scanned.
