Mystery Part version 0.80j on rain.CC.Lehigh.EDU

Can somene tell me where this part is used It's identified and says it's 
for a Sprite Mk I-IV and Midget Mk I-IV, but I can't place it. I'm going 
to guess that it's for the drive train stay rod that I occasionally see 
mentioned.
