I don't know about the 1/4 elliptic spring cars. However, there was one on my '73. IMHO... Only use a very thin one and then only if you also use -at least- a stock diameter front bar. (I have also done a fair amount of autocrossing in the past so have at least some experience of handling a somewhat twitchy car.) Have never tried a panhard bar but from what I've heard here before it may be better bang-for-the-buck than a rear sway bar on a street car being driven "spritely". :-) Ed in NC |
