And they and the generation before them
have no idea of the sacrifices that were
made by hundreds of thousands of others
so that they could be here and enjoy life
as it is in these United States.
Were it not for the foregoing, they'd be
speaking Japanese or German. But they
do not know this and it's no longer being
taught in our schools (at least to the extent it can be appreciated, in
any case).
