if i may offer this odd bit of advice?
over the years i have had and lost or left or sold many things i now would
like back! and over time evrything i once had has apreciated to the point
that i can not afford the luxury of buying back that stuff (one was a 1957
corvette! or my old 56 chevy show car!).
the advice i offer is take some time to take stock of what you have, if you
are afforded the luxury of doing this. be certain you really want to see
the car go. the process of assembling the car has offered much in
experience and over time may offer much more than that in rides wich can
only make for fond memories. i tend to somehow "bond" with my mechanical
things as the bugeye will be enjoying year 31 in 2005, and i really really
like the darn car!
just be certain you really want to say good bye as after some time passes
you may find yourself desiring another and you never seem to find a car in
the shape of the car you last had and sold...
about a month ago my son who turns 9 tomorrow (pearl harbor day) asked me
"daddy, how do i take care of the little white car(my 59 bugeye) when you
are in a home"? i told him do not rush that and we'll discuss that when
you are much older! LOL! the little stinker asked me "how much older"!
*sheesh*!
chuck.
