A-arm fulcrum pins

I'm wondering how much play is normal/acceptable if an A-arm has a 
new threaded fulcrum pin and new threaded inserts (king pin end of 
A-arm), if they whole swivel axle is stationary (on the ground) and 
you hold the A-arm by the wide end?
