I certainly realize that but I try to look at the broader picture.  
When does it stop and how large, or small, does the minority have to be 
before the FEDERAL government gets involved?  Why does my sense of 
courtesy have to be legislated?  How many handicapped parking spaces 
are there UN-occupied in any city at any time relative to the number 
that are being used?  What good will a braille menu do at a drive in 
ATM.  This is madness or at least the start of it!
