<#3 Did you try removing all the vac lines from the carb and plugging them?? just to verify it is a vacuum issue.> Once when having some troubles after swapping an engine in a Van of mine, an old time mechanic friend of mine was trying to find a vacuum leak, he sprayed something (silicone??) in the areas he suspected of the problem, when the engine changed tone he knew he was onto something. List, would this be something reasonable to try to chase this down on a Spridget? |
