Okay here's what happened:
1500 engine
crane 700
weber dgv
my carb was used so I left the settings alone. Timing - total visual guess
by rotor position.
Fired right up! honest to god couldn't believe it. ran it for break in,
restarted a couple times no problem. changed the oil (probably off for half
hour)
and it cranked real slow, hard to start and when I did get it going it
wouldn't stay going. Right now gonna let it cool all the way down and could
certainly take a stab at improving the timing but since It's sort of working
thought
I'd ask the list for thoughts before bodging away at it.
