when a leaping kitty (jag) breaks a lower timing chain what else follows suit? this is in a jag saloon of theearly 60's. a friend in south jersey has had her jag sitting for over a year due to the alleged breaking of a lower timing chain. seems that besides an engine-ectomy to take the motor apart it should not be too difficult to do. unless this failure takes other major components with it? chuck. |
