'78 and '79 Midgets with the black "safety" wheel also had the horn on
the stalk. That's where mine is.

I don't claim to know everything about Spridgets, but I thought that 68
and 69
were the only two years these cars were made with the horn push on the
indicator
stalk. You pushed it like the washer pump on the wiper stalk.
