1500 laygear thrust washers

Subject: 1500 laygear thrust washers

I took apart my 79 Midget tranny to fix the synchros, and found that both 
thrust washers on the lay gear are history. Moss and VB apparently don't stock 
these. Does anyone know of a source or a substitute part?
