> Who in their right mind would buy a car sight unseen? About 5 years ago, I bought my Jeep Cherokee off Ebay, sight unseen. I was able to save almost $3,000 by not buying it locally. The seller was a dealer with an excellent reputation, and I figured I could deal with any repairs it might need. In the nearly 100,000 miles that I have since put on the car, it has needed an alternator. I'll do it again, if the circumstances are right. Kate |
