Sure...
You either get shorty rams or go with
a pair of APT stub stacks. As long as
you have minimum clearance to the outside of the
filter can equaling the diameter of the
opening of the stack you can run them
in a stock filter can, though you would
do better with the the nice K&N set-up APT offered wherein the entire
exterior
of the circular filters was exposed for
excellent airflow inbound.
The longer stacks or rams call for a
"cold air box" arrangement wherein
a K&N conical filter is placed within
the intake tube (usually 3-4" wide).
Jack LaClainche has a pair of "longies"
in his "racing" BE within a cold air box
fabricated by the PO from what appears
to be a mailbox. Very nicely done.
