If you stand a socket on the head of the jack and center it with the grease fitting, you can jack some pressure to the ball joint enough to tighten the nut without removing the grease fitting. I'm not sure if I'm lazier than I am clever, but its close. Glen ----- > Try putting a jack under the tie rod end.
