Also, "your honor".. note the use of the word "seemed"...
Hell, I had a hold of Tutone's FV engine for what seemed like hours....
Willy, you're gonna have to learn to relax a little...
As benevolant dictator of Team Thicko, I am allowed to take credit for

seemed to me, I did a lot of lifting, as did my son. carried engines in,
out, and put em on benches, both of us, and a lot of other people too.
wasn't really done by 2 people.

TO all,
OK youse guys.. the true thanks belong to Peter "Peter the Parts Pimp,
or
PPP for short) Caldwell, and his lovely wife Jane (pronounced in the
Thicko
version as "Hane" for all you bilingual folks out there...) and the
staff of
Worldwide for hosting this gala event. SOS was a take off on the OSHIT
adventures of some of our friends out east. While it may have started
out as
my idea... it doesn't happen without the generousity and efforts of
Peter.
Attendance was very good both days. Viewers from all over checked itto
the
webcam on our progress.
Frank and I seemed to be the ones called upon to do much of the heavy
lifting (weak minds, strong backs) and by Sat night when I got home, I
was
too sore to bend over to untie my shoes, and my hands hurt too much to
open
the Advil bottle. It's not so bad when in the summer I'm constantly
working
on things... but after a month or two of laying off it, all that work
kicks
my ass.
It really is an exercise in cooperation, comraderie, and just plain fun.
Thanks to all that made it possible.
WST
Flounder

To all attendees and voyeurs,
I had a great time.
Some work got done, some real work got done, and some work got real
done.
Cars were driven in, and pushed out. Cars were pushed in and driven out.
Cars were pushed in, and parts dragged out in black bags with toe tags.
We met some great folks.
Thanks to those that could attend. I think we'll do it again next year.
STSP.
Frank's still here, grinding away on the white 71, and doing some
welding,
etc. This guy doesn't quit!
Many thanks to the donors of food and imbibables.
Special thanks to Flounder for his computer savvy, car savvy, pork
savvy,
and motivation.
