Glen,
I have been on the Megasquirt list since last spring and have
exchanged messages with a few about doing an A-series installation.
No one on that list has done one, but there is one guy in SoCal doing
one for an MGB and another UK lister who is very knowledgeable that
has contemplated one for his Mini, but not done it. Yes, the Siamese
ports are the problem. A single throat manifold makes it easier and
there are all sorts of throttle body possibilities, but they are
expensive. One suggestion was to modify the SU(s) by gutting them and
putting the injectors in them in the air chambers. I had found some
good articles about trying to do this with Siamese ports, but the
best solution would be a better head. See, this starts to get
expensive fast. Let me know how you make ut with it if you pursue it.
