 Yes David most any label program will work. Scan or take a picture
  w/a camera, there ya go..
  See the guys on ebay selling stickers 24/7, now thats hard up

The faceplate on my radio flips over so it looks like a flat piece of 
plastic. I would like to put a winged Austin Healey decal on it. 

Any idea where I might find one?
Is it possible to scan and print one on transparent sticky paper?
