I think they do 5" rim wire wheels as well.  You can fit 175/70 on a 4" wire 
wheel rim but tyre fitters don't like to and the ride can be wobbly at times.  
Currently I have 5.5" wire wheel rims but these now appear to be 
unobtainable.
