Looking for parts to keep me busy this winter

Morning all,

Do any of you have the necessary bits and pieces to convert a bugeye to
front disk brakes that you would be willing to sell?

How about a spare 1275?

You can quit laughing now.  I realize that no one probably has this
stuff but just rolling the dice here.
