Hmmm very interesting... i KNOW the pressure has always been
good. starting is usually up around 80, and i used the oil
pressure gauge to let me know when the oil had reached a good
operating temperature, as it would gradually drop down to about
42 psi as is warmed. .. i thought the oil was thinning as the
engine warmed up.... ... .. and....
i am NOT concerned with "absolute values" on the gauges
anyway...just relative ones.... i STILL believe the guy to said
a TACH needs just FOUR marks... idle, max torque, max
horsepower, and redline. anything else is just for arguement!
but i was surprised to see the value actually go UP after this
weekend! ... i'll accept it as an act of god, in the form of
"SAINT PAUL" ... :-)
