That's pretty funny. Here in Philly, Septa, (Public Transportation)
went from a Unix system to a Windows system to display the schedules at
all the regional railroad stations. The only time you could actually
see that the trains were running was during the Republican National
Convention.
The rest of the time they are all due in at 12:00 or out at 12:00 or
never at 12:00
