New springs may not help.....RH drive
BE's and Spridgets take a "lean" to the
right.....the unibody structure seems to
take a "set" over time. The heavier the
driver....well, you get the picture.

You might try switching sides with respect to the springs.
Alternatively, a spring shop
can do a little recambering though this may change the spring's "rate" a
bit  

I do know that using a lowering kit on the passenger's side only will
"level" the car
only somewhat. I noticed no large
handling difference in "normal" street
driving when I did this on my PO'd
'67. 

If your current springs are in good shape
I'd go the "spring shop" route, myself.
