Be careful! Simple Green is GREAT stuff, but, if you leave aluminum parts
in for too long, they will come out blackened (don't ask me how I found
out). You can clean the black off, but, it is a bear to do.

I have been impressed with Simple Green's ability to cut grease.
I take parts, throw them in a bucket and then let them soak in it
overnight. I did this with an aluminum manifold from a Merkur
Scorpio some time ago and it came out like it was soaking in carb
cleaner.
