I have. I think I-691 in Connecticut has such a sign, which reads (from
left to right):
Passing Lane | Travel Lane | Slow Vehicle Lane
Not that I've ever seen it enforced. :) It's like the "Speed monitored
by aircraft" signs. What police department these days has the money to
send up an aircraft to catch speeders?
