Hellow everyone at Spridgetville. Being one of the AOLers cast out by AOL...I
have been complaining to them and got the following response today.
I'm not sure I have Mark's email address correct, but if not, could someone
forward him this response?
Or send me his correct address?

Dear Robert,
Hello, my name is Daneth and I am writing to you on behalf of America Online in
response to your recent e-mail. It is my pleasure to assist you regarding any
concerns you may have.
I understand that you are having difficulties receiving e-mail from
Autox.team.net that you think AOL has blocking.
Kindly accept my personal apology for the inconvenience you have experienced.
Please advice Mark that AOL have a process that goes through our database of
open proxies and tests them every 24 hours. If we find that our attempts to use
your open ports are unsuccessful, we will change the status of your server from
open to closed. We will then remove your IP from our block list and push the
changes into production. These processes are automated, and "unblocks"
generally occur in about 24 hours.
If you would like to test your e-mail server against our database, enter the IP
address on the site below:
http://postmaster.info.aol.com/opse.html
Also, asked him to let their ISP or ASP contact AOL at:
703-265-4670
to resolve this issue.
If you require more help or have additional questions, you can reach us online
by going to AOL Keyword: LIVE HELP. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. You will be able to experience interactive assistance from
America Online consultants regarding your technical or billing concerns.
Again, thanks for writing to America Online. I hope that I have sufficiently
provided you with useful information about your inquiry.

I have been in contact with Mark the majordomo of autox.team.net and he
informs me that AOL is blocking all outgoing mail to AOL users from his primary
server. This information is confirmed by other AOL users who cannot receive
messages from Mark's server.
For whatever reason, you must have blocked his server thinking he is a
"spammer". He is not. He host a number of lists of English car enthusiasts.
I
subscribe to one of the list. Each of his several lists have hundreds of
members
around the world that discuss their cars, parts, and problems daily.
Because you have blocked his server, hundreds, if not thousands of your
customers are becoming dissatisfied.
