Ron,
I believe you will need a different manifold. I know APT sells one
that will allow you to fit a single larger SU. Seems most single
manifolds are made to fit the Mini, so you need one with less angle
for the Spridgets. I'm wondering if you couldn't make up the
difference with a wedge shaped spacer block that would angle the carb
down some. I assume this set-up still uses one(?)
