Wahllll, being a longtime proponent of the long bolt method of front spring
removal, and noticing that I have been in the minority, this time I decided to
use the jack method. And I have to recommend it. Just put a small floor jack
under the A-arm and jacked it up; removed the four bolts; and lowered the
jack, removing the spring from underneath, through the A-arm. Slick, and not
dangerous at all. Installation was the reverse of the removal. Not dangerous
at all and slick.
So I stand corrected!
