There are 3 different brake pedals. The Frogeye pedal, all later mks non
hammerhead and the hammerhead pedal. I would guess the Frogeye pedals are
straight compared to the later pedals which have more of an offset cranking to
them.
The parts catalogue show a one piece bushing for the Frogeye pedal but 2
bushings for all the other pedals.
The hammerhead pedal has a different profile to the non hammerhead pedal and
looks to sit about an inch higher up. I would guess that either it does sit
an inch higher up .... OR ... the pushrod on the dual master is shorter or
something and that the pedal sits in the same place. BUT if you are swapping
pedals without swapping brake masters depending on the swap either the pedal
sits
lower which is bad or higher which might be good (you can blip the throttle
easier.
I'll get back on the bushing offers later.
