Yes it's rebuildable. Moss even sells a kit (181-995) for $6.
What I did, I bought two O-rings, 3/16ID x 5/16 OD x 1/16" thick. First, remove
the switch (it just unscrews), then take off the big nut on the end (it's
*tight* on there!) Pull out the guts, clean 'em up, swap the o-rings, lubricate
with brake assembly lube, and stick 'em back in. Piece of cake. You'll need to
anneal (or replace) the big copper washer, but that's about it.
It may not be what's causing your problem (I'd look at the rear flex hose), but
it's a good idea to clean out the switch anyway, just to be sure.
