Several years ago my brother flew from Portland, OR to St. Louis, MO to buy a 
'57 Eldorado. It had papers from a recognized appraiser stating it was a # 2. 
When he got there, toolbox and one-way ticket in hand, he found out that it had 
been badly misrepresented and was actually a very poor 4. He flew home 
disappointed, but out only the plane tickets. He eventually found one locally 
with only 19,000 actual miles. I think it presently has 19,200, if that. I 
doubt that it has ever been rained on. If you are into big, ugly cars, I guess 
it's nice.
