Not entirely - I bought a set of 145R13's at Sears. Dunlop SP20, I think. They
also had Michelins in that size as well.
155R13 can introduce a slight amount of speedo error,but is commonly used.
165/70R13 is the same dia as the 145R13's. The old steel wheels are only 4"
wide, I think, so anything wider may not fit well.
