Description:
* Lead the design and implementation of advanced, networked data
acquisition and control software for space applications.
* Author software design specifications, interface control documents,
test specifications and procedures.

* Qualifications
* B.S. or higher Degree in Software Engineering and 10+ years of
experience in designing and implementing embedded, real time C and C++
software for high reliability systems, with space applications a plus.
* Experience with Air Force or NASA space applications is desired.
* In-depth knowledge of VxWorks operating system and associated
development tools.
* Experience and familiarity with space and terrestrial digital
networks and protocols.
* Experience with specifying, bidding, and planning embedded software
development programs including authoring/contributing to interface control
documents, test specifications, schedules, SLOC estimates, etc.
* Detailed knowledge of high-reliability software qualification
testing practices and standards a must.
* Strong ability to work independently or part of a team with minimum
supervision.
* Proven ability to complete challenging tasks within budget and
schedule constraints.
* Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
* U.S. Citizenship and possess (or ability to obtain) a U.S.
Government Security Clearance required.
