Jackson,
This is nearly impossible to do and not because of
the cam bearings but because of the cam followers.
They have to be raised up out of the way of the cam
lobes in such a way that they won't fall down while
the cam is out and there isn't any access to them
except from under the engine with the pan off. If
they do fall then it's into the pan or on the ground
they go. Also you have the star drive on the end of
the cam that connects to the oil pump and here again
if it falls guess where it ends up.. But with the
wisdom that is available on this list perhaps someone
has a solution.
