I just had the same problem with mine. After trying everything that you have
mentioned plus an impact screw driver, I drilled throught the center of the
screw and used a 1/8" screw extracter. Took 5 minutes after spending hours
on other methods. Just be careful that your drill throught the center and
don't bugger the threads on the body.
