Or should that be MORON? I put the bearing caps back in backwards. Seems
the previous builder put a couple backwards and I followed. Those ID
numbers are on them for a reason. Plastigauge was dead on clearance, and
the engine turned by hand after I swapped them around. The knock is gone
and the oil pressure seems higher. It was pouring rain, so I'll wait to
drive it Saturday and see how it goes.
