Unless you have a dog peeing brake fluid on your tire (don't taset it to
see), that sounds like a shoe-in for a leaking right rear brake cylinder. It
is probably running down the inside of the wheel too. Cheap fix. Replace
both of them while you are at it, since they both have the same amount of use
and age. (What I do anyway).
