Dale- Clues: Fuel pumps click like crazy if they cannot draw fuel (clogged or worn) or are drawing air, instead. Also, if a "new" part is going to fail (manufacturing defect) it will normally do so almost immediately or very soon after initial installation and use. Cap'n.
