Well after getting used to driving the Midget with the 5 speed and driving
the Bugeye to the Hayward neet this weekend, I've decided I need to do
something wth the gearing (and probably tires too) in the Bugeye. With the
60 series tires and a 4:22 my revs are way up there using a standard
ribcase. I have a 3.9 and a 3.7 diff. I wanted to save the 3.9 for my other
Bugeye that will get a 5 speed, so I was thinking of putting the 3.7 in
this one. I'd like some feedback from anyone that tried different combos. I
don't want to end up being bogged down climbing the steeper grades on the
freeway, but I'd like to save my hearing as well...'-)
Thanks.
