didn't catch all of the original post, but:
Is this a certain repair place east of Sacramento?
(for everyone else out there in cyber land there is more than one)
I believe I know which one you are talking about, know the individual who owns
the place and know of him, wouldn't take my car there for anything, know of
certain complaints filed to the BAR against him, resulting in decisions
unfavorable to him.  E-mail me off list and we'll compare notes to see if its 
the
same person.
