That was me, the bent clutch actuating fork was another problem, but the wrong combination of early slave cylinder and later master had damaged the clutch fitted to a ribcase prior to going for the 5 speed box. It had been overthrowing the clutch plate - i.e. depressing it too far. Very depressing 'cos it eventually broke. Guy  |
