It's not that hard to ream them yourself...
the tool everyone is talking about is simply a long
rod with the reamer grooves in the    right place.
It passes through the whole carb to line up both
bushing areas to keep them properly oriented.

The thing to watch is NOT going all the way through
into the carb throat. The area where the spindle
enters the carb throat and the same spot where the
throttle disk meets the wall can be a big problem
with air bypassing the throttle disk and making it ruff
to get the idle set properly.

I used a set of nylon 'stand-offs' from an old electronics
project...used as circuit board spacers between the chassis
and electronics board. I drilled out the old metal bushes
just enough to be able to 'cave them in' on themselves and
dig them out. Jammed in the nylon bushes and reamed
them to fit the shaft.

Absolutely no detectable wear so far over the last 30K miles
of daily driving.
