I got mine a couple of weeks ago. Great read. It seems I had already
recently
purchased the SAME edition from APT (down the street from me).
First person to answer this e mail that has NOT ordered their signed
copy from the
author, gets my new unsigned edition for 10 bucks plus book rate postage
(cheap).
