I think it would be advisable to replace all 4, since the whole process of
rebuilding is going to cost you X amount of money and take X amount of time.
My gut tells me that it would be ok to just replace the one, but my
judgement says all four. And if the bore is damaged, it might be borable to
+1-4 over--you would then have to purchase pistons. I bought a set of 1500
+3 pistons on ebay from England for about $70. Also look for engines--the
day after I blew my 1500 engine, I bought a complete engine in reasonable
shape on ebay for $400 which included shipping. There is a UK ebay I think,
isn't there?
