Kim,
You are correct and Frank got it backwards. '61 - '69 with the 'fat' front
bumpers had a 1" spacing between the headlight and parking/turn signal
lights, later this spacing was increased to 2" with the face lift 'skinny'
front bumpers. Frank will have to nail his own kneecaps!
